GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) -ECU baseball’s Parker Byrd has worked his way back from losing his leg in a boating accident to participate in scrimmages this spring. According to ECU baseball, Parker will be featured in a Super Bowl ad on Sunday by Challenged Athletes Foundation.

More preseason recognition for ECU Baseball today as they are ranked 12th by USA Today’s preseason poll. Trey Yesavage picked up two more preseason All-American honors. Jake Starling also earned one from the National Baseball Writers.
